ThermIT’s sensor is the world’s strongest RF wireless temperature sensor. This sensor is embedded in food-safe plastic material and has a life span of 6 to 8 years. The battery cannot be replaced, and the sensor cannot leak battery fluid or intake any moisture or dust so that nothing can penetrate the digital sensor. The sensor is waterproof, very accurate, and food safe.
The sensor wakes every 6 to 8 minutes, measures the temperature, and sends the Sensor_ID and the measured temperature out in the room to a Repeater or the Gateway module.
