Functionality
Logging and documentation of hot food
Monitoring and logging the temperature in a hot buffet, logging hot food during transport.
All temperatures can be logged down to every 3 minutes and stored on the Cloud server database for five years.
A message will be sent to the ThermIT mobile App, MAIL, or SMS/TXT if the temperature is outside a user defined interval. There will be a link to a created document on the server for adding notes regarding logging in the message.
